Your statutory consumer rights under EU distance selling regulations — including the right to cancel within 14 days — are fully preserved and are not limited by these terms.

Warranty

All products sold on fisho.eu come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 (the Sale of Goods Directive). This is a legal guarantee that applies regardless of any commercial warranty offered.

If a product develops a defect within 2 years of delivery, you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or — where those remedies are not possible — refunded. For defects appearing within the first year, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on fisho.eu — including text, images, graphics, logos, and page layouts — is the property of SIA KANOR MANAGEMENT or used with permission from our authorized suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

Product images and materials for the CanFish CamX are used under authorization from the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of fisho.eu or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or carrier delays.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under EU or Latvian law.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us at info@fisho.eu first so we can try to resolve it directly.

If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Rīga, Latvia. However, if you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms overrides the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
