Shipped from the EU
All orders ship from our warehouse in Riga, Latvia. Because we ship within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import fees for EU customers. All prices on fisho.eu include VAT.
Processing Time
Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or Latvian public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer free standard shipping to the following countries:

VAT Included
All prices on fisho.eu include VAT. For EU customers, what you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprises at the door.
Carriers
We ship via Omniva and DPD, depending on destination and availability. The carrier for your order will be shown in the shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us at info@fisho.eu.
Outside the EU
We currently do not offer automated checkout for non-EU destinations (UK, Norway, Switzerland, and rest of world). If you'd like to order from outside the EU, email us at info@fisho.eu and we'll provide a manual shipping quote.
Please note: orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status
- Contact us at info@fisho.eu with your order number
We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
