Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. That's twice the EU minimum — because we believe in what we sell.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at info@fisho.eu with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange
We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with a return shipping label and instructions.
Return Shipping
For returns within the EU, we cover the return shipping cost. We'll provide a prepaid return label — just pack the product and drop it off at the designated carrier.
For returns from outside the EU, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Condition of Returns
To qualify for a full refund, the product must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused or only lightly tested (we understand you need to try it — a single test session is perfectly fine)
- Complete with all included accessories and materials
We reserve the right to inspect returned products. If a product shows signs of extensive use, physical damage, or missing components beyond normal testing, we may offer a partial refund based on the condition.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll notify you by email that we've received the item
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different color or variant? Email us at info@fisho.eu and we'll arrange an exchange. Same return process applies — we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive (or confirm dispatch of) the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged or not working properly? Contact us immediately at info@fisho.eu with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the problem
We'll replace the product at no cost to you, including shipping. If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for products that are:
- Returned after the 30-day return window
- Damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accident (beyond the product's intended use)
- Missing original packaging or accessories
2-Year Warranty
All products sold on fisho.eu come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771. This covers hardware defects that arise under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
To make a warranty claim, email info@fisho.eu with your order number and a description of the defect. We'll either repair, replace, or refund the product — at our discretion — at no cost to you.
Your EU Consumer Rights
Under EU distance selling regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy extends this right. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
